You open your blood test results and notice one number that seems to get more attention than the others: LDL cholesterol. Maybe it is 95 mg/dL, 135 mg/dL, or even above 190 mg/dL. But what does that number actually tell you about your health?

What Does a High LDL Result Mean?
Suppose your lipid panel shows an LDL cholesterol level of 155 mg/dL.
